No pets. No Smoking. No loud Music or Parties. The Rooms are for one person (FEMALES only). NO kids or Couples. No male guests or sleepovers. Female friend sleep over OK for one night if notified and approved in advance.

Respect privacy of others. You can talk as long as you want but make sure that your neighbor is not disturbed by your conversation. All the girls have jobs or schools to attend in the morning; they go to sleep early to get up early.

Please make sure the volume of your TV is low just for your ears or get an ear plug which connects to TV. Same with radio please maintain a low volume. During weekend these rules are little relaxed but still please respect privacy of others.

You have common kitchen for all to share and cook. Each roommate has specified place in the kitchen closet and in the fridge. All rooms have private fridge, microwave and coffee maker in their rooms. After cooking you must rinse and place dishes, pots and pans that you used in the dishwasher.

Maid comes twice per month to clean all the bath rooms and vacuum the house.

A deposit of $ 150 is required which can be paid by Pay pal. It is used towards last week rent.
