The rooms are for FEMALES only. It is a Private Single family house located on Renita Lane in Bethesda, Maryland. 20817. It has 5 bedrooms with 5 full baths. Generally we have professional ladies (Medical Interns, Phd/Graduate Students, Visiting Schoars, Managers etc) residing at the house from Russia, Morocco, Brazil, Germany, Japan, Ukraine, China, Italy, Thailand, India, France, UK, USA and other countries. Their age ranges from 25 years and up. They stay for few weeks to several months depending upon their schedule.

Rooms are carpeted and fully furnished with comforter, sheets, pillows; with wireless high speed Internet, Cable TV, Computer desk and dresser in every room. 2 Washing Machines / Dryer in the laundry room. Kitchen for common use with all cooking utensils, dishes, silver ware, Water Cooler, Rice Cooker, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee maker and Dining Table. Free House car for nearby shopping… front and back yard. Outdoor grill. some times we have street parking available and some times it is full. Each room has at least two windows, closet, shelves. Each room has a Private Fridge and Microwave. It is a nice safe quiet area.

I have been renting rooms at my house for almost 5 years and have 100s of girls from all over the world stayed at my house. I have always gone out of my way to make them comfortable and safe. I never had any complaints and made sure that all roommates live peacefully and in harmony at my house.
